Tree Bark Crusher

Introduction of Tree Bark Crusher:

The tree bark crusher consists of five parts including crushing, grading, wind transporting, unloading and dedusting which cancelled the traditional screening process. The performance of the tree bark crusher has been improved significantly compared with the other machines because the wood powder can be made directly by the wind energy.

Features of Tree Bark Crusher:

The final products crushed by the dry and wet wood crusher are exquisite. The tree bark crusher adapts high processing technology. The water injected into the double layer body to keep cooling. The new type materials are added into the crusher play a sound insulation and heat dissipation role. It shows the advantages of precise structure, high capacity, energy consumption, high-quality finished products, easy maintenance, etc. the working efficiency has been improved more than 50% compared with the traditional wood powder machine and it is the irreplaceable machine currently.

Raw materials of of Tree Bark Crusher:

Wood scrap, wood board Tree branch, peanut shell, coffee husk, sunflower seed, wheat straw, wood chips, sunflower stalk, bamboo, waste wood ,grass tobacco waste, mustard stalk, waste leaves, soybeans husk and any other plant wastes which size is from 5mm to 80 mm . This kind of widely used in food factory, swine farm, paper factory and wood factory, etc.

Working Principles of of Tree Bark Crusher:

Before starting the wood log crusher, the frame must be fixed on the ground, adjust each part component coordination, check grounding bolts are tight or not, ensure the blade installed on the knife dish are fixed. After startup, reduce the blade rotation to the minimum speed and check the blade rotation direction. After starting, carries on the test run without any feed, check the connection between the equipment parts and stop it immediately when there is loose or broken down. In the end, put a small amount of wood into the machine and check particle size to finish the commissioning.
